Our Policies

Products

As all of our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled & packed by Wild Aroma Co., the size, shape and design may vary. All our products are subject to availability. Should the unlikely event of your order not in of stock, we will contact you to make you aware. You will either have the choice to wait for a new batch, make another choice or accept a refund. We reserve the right to discontinue any Wild Aroma Co. products at any time for any reason. Prices for all of our products are subject to change.

Returns 

We love our soaps and we hope you will too. Before packing your order, we will check and inspect all items in your order ourselves before shipping to make sure they are perfect.  If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know within 48 hours by emailing us wildaromaco@gmail.com and we will be very happy to assist you.

Damages and Defective Orders

If you have received your parcel and it is damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues by emailing us at wildaromaco@gmail.com. We will be happy to help and contact the courier directly for a resolution. We will contact you with updates.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know the status of your refund. If refunded, it will be your original payment method less postage and packaging. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We use Evri or Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost, then please email us at wildaromaco@gmail.comand we will investigate what has happened and keep you up to date.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. You must ensure you have provided the correct delivery address to us at the time of when you placed your order.
