Aroma Melt Care & Safety

AROMA MELT CARE

For the best fragrance experience, place your aroma melt in a suitable wax warmer and allow the wax to melt fully across the dish. This helps release the fragrance evenly and maximises scent throw.

Do not add water or mix with other substances. Once the fragrance has faded, allow the wax to cool before removing and replacing with a fresh melt.

Keep the melt dish clean and free from debris.

HOW TO USE

  1. Place one aroma melt segment into the dish of your approved wax warmer.
  2. Use with an unscented tealight or electric wax warmer as directed by the manufacturer.
  3. Allow the wax to melt and enjoy the fragrance.
  4. Reuse until the scent is no longer noticeable.
  5. Let the wax cool completely before removing and replacing.

The amount of fragrance released will vary depending on room size, warmer type and ventilation.

• Never move a warmer while the wax is liquid.
• Use only in suitable wax warmers designed for wax melts.
• Keep away from flammable materials.
• Do not consume.

DISPOSAL

Allow the wax to cool and harden completely before removal. Dispose of used wax with household waste. Do not pour melted wax down sinks, drains or toilets. Please recycle packaging where facilities exist.

Heliotropine Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, Phenylmethylpentanal. May produce an allergic reaction.

Should You Need to Return Your Order

Returns Policy

We want you to love every part of your Wild Aroma experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we welcome returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days at this email address: wildaromaco@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Once we hear from you, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and guide you through the process.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wildaromaco@gmail.com and we will make it right without hesitation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, our soaps are classified as personal care goods and cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. The Item you wish to return must not be opened, or used.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed directly to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
