All Wild Aroma diffuser blends are made from 100% pure essential oils, with no synthetic fragrance, wax, or carrier added. Please take a moment to read the guidance below before use.
For use in electronic diffusers only.
Our essential oil blends are designed exclusively for use in an electronic or ultrasonic diffuser. They are not intended for direct skin contact, ingestion, or use in oil burners with a naked flame.
Keep away from children and pets
Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be kept out of reach of children. Some oils, including several used in our blends, can be harmful to cats and dogs so please diffuse in a well ventilated room and allow pets the freedom to leave if they choose to.
Sunlight and skin contact
Several of our blends contain citrus oils (including bergamot, lemon and grapefruit), which can cause skin sensitivity if they come into contact with skin exposed to direct sunlight. As our blends are for diffuser use only, this applies primarily if a spill occurs so please wipe away promptly and avoid sun exposure on the affected area.
Pregnancy and health conditions
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a respiratory condition such as asthma, we recommend consulting your GP or midwife before diffusing essential oils in your home.
Patch testing and sensitivity
While our blends are not applied to skin, some individuals may be sensitive to airborne essential oils. If you notice any irritation, discontinue use and ventilate the room.
Storage
Store bottles upright, away from direct sunlight and heat, with the cap tightly closed to preserve the oils' quality and shelf life.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 working days of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Should You Need to Return Your Order
Returns Policy
We want you to love every part of your Wild Aroma experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we welcome returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Once we hear from you, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and guide you through the process.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wildaromaco@gmail.com and we will make it right without hesitation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, our soaps are classified as personal care goods and cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. The Item you wish to return must not be opened, or used.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed directly to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
