Essential Oils are very powerful.  We recommend using one/two sprays of mist per pillow. For travel, one mist spray on a handkerchief, breathe deeply to feel calm and relaxed. As a qualified Aromatherapist, we have researched and worked with many essential oils and we have chosen the following formulation to ensure a cozy, deep and peaceful sleep.

Our Aromatherapy Pillow Mist comes in two sizes, 100ml and 30ml which is the perfect size for travelling or if you are just feeling anxious during the day.

Ingredients:  

Chamomile Hydrosol* (matricaria recuitita), Witch Hazel (Hamamelis), Cedarwood (cedrus atlantic bark oil), Vetiver (vetiveria zizanoides extract), Lavender** (lavandula angustifolio), Rose Geranium** (pelargonium graveolens), Ylang Ylang (cananga odorata), Patchouli (pogostemon cablin), Bergamot (citrus bergamia).  Polysorbate 20. (emulsifier) *Organic

** Naturally Occurring Limonene, Coumarin, Geraniol, Linalool, Eugenol, Citronellol, Citral, Benzyl Alcohol.

For external use only. Do not apply directly to skin. If a rash occurs, wash with warm soapy water. If you are on medication or pregnant, check with your doctor before using this product.  Keep away from children. Store in a cool, dry place.
