The calming aroma of lavender and cedarwood eases anxiety and promotes relaxation, while rose geranium and ylang ylang uplift the mood and create a sense of well-being. Patchouli and vetiver add grounding notes, promoting deep sleep and tranquility.

Directions:  Spray 1 or 2 times on pillowcase before sleep. Avoid silk, fine fabrics or wooden surfaces. Do not spray directly on skin.
